- Big red chili – 10 to 12
- Fennel – 2 tablespoons
- Cumin – 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder – 1 tablespoon

- Mustard oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – By taste
- Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Method
- First of all, wash the red chillies thoroughly and dry. Then remove the chili stalks and remove the seeds from the middle by cutting the chillies from the middle.
- If there is difficulty in extracting seeds, the seeds can be easily removed by baking the chillies lightly.
- Fry fennel, cumin and turmeric powder well in a pan. Then add coriander powder, mango powder, salt and sugar and mix well. This mixture will act as stuffed spices.
- Fill the chillies well with the prepared spices. Keep in mind that the spice is absorbed well inside the chili.
- Now heat mustard oil in a pan. When the oil becomes slightly hot, add some turmeric to it and then add stuffing chilies and fry it lightly, so that the spice gets absorbed in the chili.
- When the chillies fry well, keep them in a clean glass jar. Close the jar and keep it in the sun for 5-7 days, so that the pickle is cooked well. Stir the pickle in between.
- Your delicious red chili pickle will be ready in a few days. You can serve it with roti, paratha, or any food.
