Bhang, Dhatura and Aak flowers
Lord Shiva loves cannabis, Dhatura and Aak flowers. Offering them on Shivling is considered auspicious.

White Sandalwood and Turmeric
Applying white sandalwood on the Shivling increases positive energy. Turmeric is used only on the idol of Lord Shiva, not on the Shivling.

Akshat (Rice)
