The release date for Abhishek Bachchan’s next movie, Be Happy, has been revealed by the film’s producers. On March 14, the dance drama, which was directed by Remo D’Souza, will debut on Amazon Prime Video.

The creators claim that Be Happy is a touching tale that combines love, dreams, and family ties. In addition to Nassar, Johny Lever, and Harleen Sethi in supporting parts, the film’s main actors include Nora Fatehi and Inayat Verma.

For viewers in India and more than 240 other countries and territories, the movie will be released in Hindi and dubbed into Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Shiv, played by Abhishek, is a devoted single parent to his bright and vivacious daughter Dhara (Inayat Verma). Dhara aspires to participate in the largest dancing reality program in the nation. Shiv must make a difficult decision as an unforeseen crisis threatens to dash her ambition.

He sets out on an incredible adventure to challenge destiny, rediscover himself, and discover the real meaning of happiness in order to save his daughter’s dreams.

Lizelle Remo D’Souza is the producer of the movie, which is distributed by Remo D’Souza Entertainment Pvt Ltd. “For Lizelle and me, Be Happy is a true passion project–a deeply moving story that celebrates the special bond between a father and daughter through the magic of music and dance,” director Remo D’Souza remarked in reference to the movie.

According to the press release, “We wanted to bring that emotion to life in a way that feels both authentic and uplifting because it’s a relationship that’s universal and transcends cultures.”
The last time we saw Abhishek was in Shoojit Sircar’s I Want to Talk. The ensemble cast of the movie included Pearle Dey, Johny Lever, Kristin Goddard, Jayant Kriplani, and Ahilya Bamroo.

In I Want to Talk, issues of human connection, resiliency, and a father’s emotional struggle to repair his relationship with his daughter were examined. The narrative focused on Bengali guy Arjun Sen, who had achieved the “American Dream.” When he discovered he only had 100 days left to live, his life drastically changed.

He was compelled by this information to examine his previous decisions and go on a quest to reunite with his estranged seven-year-old daughter. The film told a heartwarming tale of love between a father and daughter, hope, and atonement.
