The Teachers and Graduates MLC elections are scheduled for Thursday, February 27, and the Elections Commission has prepared for the voting process.
On Wednesday, the election personnel at the Collectorate received election materials. There are 6,137 graduates and 470 teachers among the 6,607 voters in the Asifabad and Khagaj Nagar divisions. For election-related tasks, there are 17 microobservers, 87 OPOs, and 19 POs.
There are 250 individuals assigned to election-related tasks. According to Collector Venkatesh Dhotre, steps are being taken in cooperation with authorities and employees to improve the district’s voting procedure.
Venkatesh Dhotre, the district election officer and collector, said in a statement that everyone who is eligible should use their right to vote in Thursday’s election voting for teachers and graduates in the Medak, Nizamabad, Adilabad, and Karimnagar seats. “A holiday has been announced for government schools and institutions that have set up polling centers in the district on the 27th of this month,” he said, adding that the polling day (February 27) will be a paid holiday for the offices and institutions that have set up polling centers in the district.
