Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has released recruitment for 2756 vacant posts of Driver (Vehicle Driver), for which the application process has been started from 27 February 2025. Candidates who are eligible for this recruitment can fill out the form through online mode to join it. The application form can be filled out from the official website of RSSB rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or the SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in. The last date to fill out the application form is 28 March 2025.

Who can participate in the recruitment?

To participate in this recruitment, the candidate must have passed secondary or its equivalent from a recognized board. Along with this, according to the department, the candidate should have a driving license to drive a light or heavy transport vehicle and 3 years of experience as a driver.

Apart from this, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 18 years and the maximum age should not be more than 40 years. Candidates coming from reserved categories will be given relaxation in upper age as per rules. Age will be calculated keeping in mind 1st January 2026.

For Rajasthan Driver Recruitment, candidates can apply online by clicking on the Apply Online link available on the recruitment advertisement on the online portal rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or after logging in from the SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in, after selecting the recruitment portal available on Citizen Apps G2C, first do One Time Registration (OTR) by clicking on the Apply Now link. After this, the candidates should complete the application process by filling in other details. Finally, deposit the prescribed fee and submit the filled form.

How much will the fee be

To participate in this recruitment, candidates coming from the General and OBC (Creamy Layer) category will have to deposit a fee of Rs 600. Apart from this, candidates coming from all other categories will have to pay Rs 400.

Recruitment Details
To be selected for this recruitment, applicants will have to appear in the Computer Based Test (CBT) / Tablet Based Test (TBT) / Offline (OMR) exam. The exam will be conducted from 22 to 23 November 2025. Through this recruitment, 2756 vacant posts of vehicle drivers will be recruited in various departments of Rajasthan. Out of this, 2602 posts are reserved for non-scheduled areas and 154 posts for scheduled area.
