Chhaava, the historical drama starring Vicky Kaushal, is still doing very well. The film, which was released on February 14, generated an incredible ₹31 crores on its first day of release, making it the biggest opening of 2025 and Vicky Kaushal’s greatest opening of his career.
As the movie nears its thirteenth day at the box office, it is expected to reach ₹400 crore by the end of its second week.
Sacnilk reports that the Laxman Utekar-directed movie brought in ₹21.75 crore on Wednesday, which is a little more than Tuesday’s ₹18.5 crore. The Maha Shivratri holiday was advantageous to the film and increased its box office earnings. Currently, *Chhaava has made ₹385 crore at the box office.
On Wednesday, the movie’s total occupancy rate was 34.43%. The occupancy rate for morning performances was 25.23%, while the afternoon shows had a higher rate of 40.64%. The occupancy rates for evening and night performances decreased slightly, to 36.42% and 35.42%, respectively.
