New Delhi: Anime fans gear up and mark your calendars as the Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Arc‘s release date is out. During the special full-day Corps Gathering Event on March 1, the makers announced that the highly-awaited first installment of the Infinity Castle Arc movie trilogy will premiere in Japan on July 18, 2025.
The next chapter in Demon Slayer is scheduled to arrive this summer and fans can just rejoice for now. Apart from the release date announcement, a new visual was also shown from the upcoming movie at the coveted event, featuring all the main actors of the final fight, including Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Nezuko, along with all the Hashiras and the Upper Moon demons.
Following the success of previous arcs, Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Arc is a pivotal segment in the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba series, making the culmination of the Demon Slayer Corps’ battle against Muzan Kibutsuji and the Twelve Kizuki. The movie will be released on July 18, 2025 in Japan. However, no further international release dates were confirmed at the time of reporting.
The event also announced that Demon Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- The Movie: Mugen Train will be released in Japan with a 4K remaster prior to the opening of Infinity Castle for a five-week run with screenings starting on May 9.
Following the conclusion of the Hashira Training arc in the anime’s fourth season, it was announced that the Infinity Castle arc would also be adapted into a film trilogy. The first installment is scheduled to premiere in July, with international releases expected to follow.
