1- Taking heavy food in Iftar party

2-Take care while drinking water

After opening Rosa here, people drink a lot of water to quench thirst during Iftar. Here, if you eat food immediately and drink water, you may have a problem of stomach upset. Avoid drinking water just before or immediately after the end.

3- Eat relaxed food
