Colors are not only fun on Holi, but so are delicious sweets and cold enjoyment. The fun of Holi doubles after drinking cold. Today, we will tell you an easy recipe for making cold at home.

Material (Thandai Recipe)
- Milk – 2 cups
- Almond – 10-12
- Pistachios – 8-10
- Cashew – 8-10
- Groundnut – 2 tablespoons
- Poppy – 1 tbsp
- Clove – 2-3
- Cardamom – 2-3
- White chili – 1/4 teaspoon
- Fennel – 1 tbsp
- Rose water – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – As per taste
- Cold water – 1/4 cup
- Poppy extract – 1/2 teaspoon
Method (Thandai Recipe)
- First of all, soak almonds, pistachios, cashews, peanuts, poppy, cloves, cardamom, fennel, and white chili 1Soak it in hot water for 5-20 minutes. With this, they will become soft and can be easily made into paste.
- Now, put soaked nuts and spices in the mixer and make a paste by mixing some water. Keep the paste a little coarse so that the taste of the cold looks even better.
- Place milk in a large pan to boil. When the milk starts boiling, add prepared nuts and spices paste.
- Then add sugar and mix well. Now, let the milk boil on medium flame for 5-7 minutes so that all the flavors get mixed well.
- After boiling the milk, turn off the gas, add rose water and poppy extract to it and mix well. Then, let it cool completely.
- When the cold becomes cold, take it out in a glass and serve by adding ice pieces. Garnish by adding chopped almonds, pistachios and cashews from above.
