Noida and Gurugram currently remain hot favorite in terms of real estate sector. Where luxury remains number one in terms of property. On the other hand, along with Noida and Greater Noida, Yamuna is also a hot favorite among home buyers regarding the airport. Meanwhile, Ghaziabad has also come forward to compete with Noida and Gurugram. Given the growing boom of the real estate sector, a plot is preparing to bring the scheme. The Ghaziabad Authority will launch this plot scheme in the next three months. Complete preparations have been made by the authority. Commercial along with residential will also be staked in this plot scheme. Let us also tell you where the Ghaziabad Authority is going to launch this plot scheme and what is the planning ahead?

120 plot will be scheme

Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has been working for the expansion of Indirapuram for a long time. Now the time has come to implement it. For this, GDA is preparing to bring a plot scheme. This plot scheme will be brought to the Shakti section in Indirapuram. Where 120 plots have been cut by GDA. This plot scheme will also have commercial plots with residential. Before bringing this scheme, the GDA has started the external development work. According to officials, 120 residential and commercial plots have been cut near the Shakti section in Indirapuram, and they will be introduced to the public in the next three months. The project is spread over about 34,000 square meters (sqm), and the plots are being offered for the first time as part of Indirapuram expansion.

Plot will be 300 to 600 sqm

GDA media coordinator Rudresh Shukla said that the authority has started the work of external development works like development of roads, drainage, sewer etc. for Indirapuram Extension. It is expected that in three months the work will reach the final stage of completion. Then, the authority will offer plots in the auction. Officials said that the size of plots can be between 300- 600 sqm. Officials said that the authority already had an area and did not find any buyer as the land was near a cremation ghat. Therefore, the authority converted these group housing plots into individual plots. He said that this step is expected to attract buyers.

What will be the price of the plot

GDA Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh said in a media report that to cut the view of the crematorium, we have planned to create a new layout with green belts etc., we will also put views. Therefore, this area is now viable for plotted development. With this, the authority is expected to get revenue of about 300-350 crore rupees. The price of residential plots will be around Rs 2.04 lakh per square meter, while it will double in terms of commercial plots. This means that if a 300 sqm plot is taken, then its price will be more than Rs 6 crore. At the same time, the price of 300 sqm commercial plot is estimated to be more than Rs 12 crore.
