Go to Settings

First of all, you have to go to Settings. After this, scroll down a bit and select Security and Privacy.

Select Privacy Dashboard

After scrolling down a bit in Security and Privacy, the option of Privacy Dashboard will appear. Tap on it.

Click on See Other Permission

Click on See Other Permission in the Privacy Dashboard, here you will see the option of SMS.

The list will appear.

As soon as you click on the SMS option, you will see a list of all those apps that can read your SMS. If you don't want apps to read SMS, tap and remove the permission.
