Pune Gangrape Case: A few days after the rape of a 26-year-old woman inside a bus parked at the Swargate Bus Depot in Pune, Maharashtra, another case of gangrape of a girl has come to light.

The new incident is from Shirur tehsil. Here two people forced a 19-year-old girl to have physical relations with her cousin at knife point. They made a video on mobile phone. After this, the girl was gang-raped. The incident happened on Saturday night.

After the gang rape, they looted gold ornaments before fleeing

Senior Police Inspector Mahadev Waghmode of Ranjangaon Police Station said that the accused are 20-25 years old. Both have been arrested. The girl has told that both came on a bike. They threatened her with a knife. Before fleeing after the gangrape, both robbed the girl's gold nose ring and gold pendant.

The police caught the accused within a few hours of the incident

According to the police, after the incident, the girl called 112 and informed. The police team reached the spot. Gathered information about the accused and started searching for them. Both the accused were caught within a few hours of the incident. The looted gold ornaments have been recovered from the accused. They have been sent to police custody till March 7.
