The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the final vacancies to be filled through Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) and Havildar (CBIC and CBN) Examination 2024 on Ssc.Gov.In.
According to the latest notification of the commission, the exam will fill 11,518 vacancies. Of these, 8,079 are for Multi-Tasking Staff posts, while 3,439 are for Havildar (CBIC and CBN) posts. Multi-tasking staff (MTS) will be recruited in various ministries and departments of the central government. Havildars will be recruited by the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and the Central Bureau of Narcotics. This year a record 57,44,713 applications were received for MTS Havildar recruitment.
The exam has been conducted from 30 September to 14 November 2024. The results of the SSC MTS Havildar recruitment exam were declared on 21 January. After this, the selected candidates were called for physical tests in February. According to the official notification, a total of 27,011 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the Havildar post. The final result is still pending.
Eligibility for SSC MTS, Havildar Recruitment
Candidates applying for the vacant posts must have passed 10th class education from a recognized board. Minimum age limit to be eligible to apply: 18 years
Maximum age limit to be eligible to apply: 27 years
