Donald Trump's Turnberry golf course has been vandalised by pro-Palestine protesters.

The club house has been covered in red paint, and a message reading 'Gaza is not 4 sale' has been daubed on the fairway. Visible damage has also been caused to the greens, while 'Free Palestine', 'Free Gaza' and 'F*** Trump' have also been spray painted at the entrance to the course in South Ayrshire, . The has approached Police Scotland for comment.

It follows Trump's recent comments suggesting the US could "own" the Gaza strip and redevelop it into the "Riviera of the East". purchased Turnberry resort in April 2014.
