Celebrations over the Indian cricket team's victory turned violent in the Mhow area of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. What started as joyful festivities quickly escalated into chaos, leading to riots. Police forces swiftly arrived at the scene to bring the situation under control.

Eyewitnesses shared their harrowing experiences, including Radhe Kaushal, whose home was attacked. His family, living in Patti Bazar Chowk, faced a terrifying ordeal as their house was targeted with stone-pelting and their vehicles were set on fire. Women in his family reported that they were unable to sleep due to fear, as rioters chanted inflammatory slogans.

According to the victims, the attackers raised slogans against the nation and mocked their faith, saying, "Call your Lord, your vehicle is burning. Who will save you?" The rioters also reportedly pelted stones at the Shitla Mata Temple. Some locals alleged that the violence was fueled by objections to India's victory in the Champions Trophy.

Following the unrest, the police administration, led by Rural SP Hitika Vasal, took strict action. Security has been tightened in sensitive areas, which have been turned into heavily patrolled zones. Authorities are reviewing video footage to identify and arrest those responsible. Currently, the situation remains under control.
