Material (Holi Special, Paan Laddu Sweet Recipe)
- Betel leaves – 6-7
- Khoya (mawa) – 1 cup
- Jaggery – 1/2 cup
- Coconut – 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped fruits (Cashew, almond, pistachi) – 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ghee – 1 tablespoon
- Rose water – a few drops

Method (Holi Special, Paan Laddu Sweet Recipe)
- First of all, wash the betel leaves thoroughly and dry it. Then finely chop these leaves or make a paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry it well by adding khoya. When the khoya becomes light golden, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now put some more ghee in the same pan and add jaggery or sugar to it and let it melt on low flame.
- When jaggery or sugar dissolves well, add chopped betel leaves, coconut powder, dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix it well.
- Now add the pre -roasted khoya and mix it well. If the mixture looks more dry, then you can add some rose water to it.
- Allow the mixture to cool lightly and then make small laddus with hands.
- Laddus are ready! Allow them to be set for 15-20 minutes and then serve.
