You need to include ghee in your diet if you’ve noticed that you’ve been gaining weight over time. If you believe that you have a thyroid condition, skin pigmentation, or constipation, you should include ghee in your lunch. Therefore, she advised including at least one teaspoon of ghee in your meal.
Any kind of chutney, such as coconut chutney, curry leaf chutney, lentil chutney, or flaxseed chutney, should be included in your meal as the second essential. Rujuta went on to say that any of the chutneys is healthy.
