Hero MotoCorp is working on the updated version of its best -selling bike Splendor Plus. The 2025 Hero Splendor Plus has recently been seen in the dealership stockyard without any caofy, which has given clear information about the changes in the bike. The biggest change in the new hero Splendor Plus is the front disc brake. Apart from this, new color options will also be found in the bike.
2025 Hero Splendor Plus is expected to retain the same design as the current model. However, there will be some changes. The new media photographs of 2025 Splendor Plus show that it will come with at least two new color options. One will have a brilliant red color with a golden dictions, while the other will be gray shade. Apart from the new color option, updated body graphics are also expected to come in the new Splendor Plus. Soon more information is expected to come out.
Talking about hardware upgrade, the front disc brake is a big change. The new Hero Splendor Plus will have front disc brakes like Hero Splendor Plus Extec. Splendor Plus Extec has a more advanced variant of a bike equipped with Digital Screen. The disc brake is expected to increase the safety of the bike with better braking power than the existing drum brake setup. However, the drum brake setup will be available in the rear wheel of the bike.
Talking about Paurtrain, the same 97.2 cc air-cooled engine is expected to continue in the bike, which will give 7.91 bhp peak power and 8.05 Nm maximum torque in the current model. The specification is expected to be as before. The engine will be updated with OBD-2B norms. For transmission duty, only 4-speed gearbox will be available in the bike.
Hero MotoCorp has not yet revealed the deadline for the launch of the new Splendor Plus. It is expected that it will be launched in the first half of 2025. The current model is available in the range of ₹ 77,176-₹ 79,926 (ex-showroom). It is expected that the price of the new Splendor Plus will be slightly higher.
