2 cup milk
10 almonds (soaked)
8 nuts
10 pistachios
2 tablespoons melon seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds (poppy seed)
1 tablespoon fennel
4-5 pepper
3-4 green cardamom
5-6 saffron threads
2 tablespoons rose water
2 tablespoons honey or 4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Recipe
1. To make dry fruit Sharadai, first of all soak almonds, cashews, pistachios, melon seeds and poppy seeds in water for 3-4 hours. After soaking, remove them and put them in the grinder. Add fennel, black pepper, cardamom and rose water to it and mix some milk and make smooth paste.
2. Heat milk in a pan and add saffron to it. When the milk becomes light hot, add the prepared dry fruit paste to it. Cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes, so that all flavors dissolve well.
3. Now add honey or sugar to it and mix well. Add nutmeg and cinnamon powder, this will increase its taste even more.
4. Remove the milk from the gas and let it cool and then keep it in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve it after cooling it well. Decorate with chopped dry fruit and saffron.

To cool Sharadi more, you can also add 4-5 ice cubes to it. If you want to make it more healthy, then use honey or jaggery instead of sugar. For more creamy texture, you can also add a little cream to it.
