Tourists described the atmosphere as “fantastic” and “fun-filled. “Known as the “Holi Junction of Kathmandu,” the historic site became a hub of festivities. Holi, marking the arrival of spring and the harvest season, is celebrated over two days with Chhoti Holi (Holika Dahan) and Dhuleti (Holi).
