New Delhi:- The Indian Medical Association has said that with the increasing number of people affected by diabetes and high blood pressure, kidney disease in India is also dangerously increasing. The IMA has estimated that by 2040, the deaths of kidney disease in India will be the 5th major cause of death. IMA General Secretary Dr. Jayesh M Lele said in a conversation with ETV India that this is really a matter of concern and this is the right time to take all the necessary precautions to avoid this type of situation. According to an estimate, more than 90 million people worldwide suffer from kidney disease. One of every 10 adults can have kidney disease and if not treated, this disease can also be fatal.

Kidney very important for the body
Every part of the body is very important. Especially, our fist plays an important role in doing many things as big as our fist. Kidney is a very important organ for the human body. It is very important to keep the kidney healthy for the body to function properly. If a person's kidney stops working properly, then it is called kidney failure or urimia. Kidney acts like a purifier in the human body. In such a situation, the whole body can be affected if there is a kidney failure. Dr. Jayesh says that there are some ways to prevent kidney disease, etc., to maintain healthy lifestyle, reduce weight, reduce weight, over-the-counter medicines like painkillers, drink adequate water, control sugar and blood pressure, etc. Dr. Jayesh also emphasized the importance of regular blood and urine testing for high -risk patients suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure to detect kidney disease. According to Dr., diabetes patients are more at risk of kidney disease, because high level of blood sugar damages the kidney blood vessels. At the same time, people with high blood pressure are more at risk of kidney disease, because high blood pressure causes damage to small blood vessels. Dr. Lele said that drugs, infections, dehydrations and even complex pregnancies can cause sudden or rapid kidney damage.
