Ingredients
Urad Dal Powder – 2 Cups
Ghee – 3 cups
Luked milk – 1/2 cup
Lost – 2 cups
Glue – 2 tablespoons
Raisins – 1/4 cup
Finely chopped cashew – 1/4 cup
Chopped almonds – 1/2 cup
Finely chopped pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Sains – 4 teaspoons
Cardamom powder – 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon Powder – 2 Tsp
Clove powder – 2 tablespoons
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Almonds – for garnish
Sugar and water – for sugar syrup
Recipe
First of all, roast the gum lightly in ghee and coars them. Sieve the urad dal powder and add a small amount of ghee and lukewarm milk to it.
– In this way, knead this mixture for 8-10 minutes and then cover it for 3 hours. After three hours, mix the mixture in the middle of the palms and mix well.
Now heat a cup of water in the pan and add sugar to it and prepare a wire syrup.
– Add urad dal mixture in a pan and cook on medium heat. Add khoya and cook mixed.
– Fry the mixture until the fragrance comes while adding ghee in between. Now add roasted dry fruits to the pan and mix. Add gum and mix.
– Keep the flame low or medium. At the end, add all the spices and cook for some time and turn off the gas.
– After about a minute, add sugar syrup to this mixture and mix. Put this mixture in a plate and spread it well and leave it for overnight.
– Decorate the mixture in the morning with chopped almond-pistachios. You can keep it in the fridge for a month.
