The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has given relief news for the students of class 12th. On Thursday, the board announced that the students who will have difficulty appearing in the Hindi board examination to be held on March 15 due to Holi will be given a second opportunity to take the exam. CBSE had announced the dates of the board examinations three months ago. The move was aimed at helping students plan their studies and manage time better. Under this, the examination of Hindi Core (302) and Hindi Elective (002) for class 12th has been scheduled for March 15.
The board has received information that the festival of Holi will be celebrated on March 14 in most parts of the country, but in some areas, this celebration will be on March 15 or the activities of March 14 may be extended till March 15. Given this, CBSE has made special arrangements for such students who will not be able to take the examination on the scheduled date due to Holi.
The board issued a press release on Thursday stating that the Hindi exam will be held on March 15 as scheduled, but students who will have inconvenience in appearing in the exam on this day can decide not to appear in the exam on that day.
According to the CBSE decision, students who do not appear in the exam on March 15 will be given a second chance and they will be able to appear in the special exam, which is conducted for students participating in national or international level sports events under the board's policy. CBSE has reiterated its commitment to the welfare of the students through this decision.
