After some time his familys hopes began to dwindle. However Joydeep decided that he had to do something different. Today he is a successful digital marketing and branding expert. Born on 26 March 1991 Joydeep hails from Manbazar a small village in West Bengal. His parents Krishna Charan Dutta and Meera Dutta left no stone unturned in his education. Dutta completed his BCA degree in 2011 and MCA in 2014. While hunting for a job he realised that skills are as important as degrees. Despite scoring 90 percent marks in the off-campus test of a big company like Capgemini he was rejected due to lack of communication skills. After more than 50 rejections he thought of doing something different. After being rejected repeatedly he decided to start his own business.  Joydeep suffered huge losses during the lockdown but he did not give up and started again. Now he is showing others new ways to earn through freelancing digital skills and self-employment. Built A Business Worth Crores After being rejected several times Joydeep learned digital marketing and started Aphonysis India in 2019. Initially the business was going well. But during lockdown he suffered huge losses. He had to take a loan to pay salaries to the employees. Many would have lost hope in such circumstances but Joydeep showed resilience by mastering digital branding and e-commerce. He acquired new skills upgraded himself and rebuilt his business from the ground up. Today his company generates a turnover of crores offering services such as digital marketing brand management e-commerce marketing and influencer management. Today We Are Giving Jobs To Others Joydeep who once used to wander in search of a job is today providing employment to others. He is teaching digital skills to the youth.
