Italian pasteo pasta

Pasta (Spaghetti, Fusili or Pain)
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 2-3 buds (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Leafy Spinach – 1 Cup
Green coriander or basil leaves – 1/4 cup (chopped)
Grapped Parmeson cheese – 2 tablespoons (optional)

Method:
Pasta boiling:
Boil water in a large pot. Add a little salt to it and then add pasta and boil according to the instructions given on the package (usually 8-10 minutes).
After boiling, filter the pasta and mix a little olive oil and mix it so that it does not stick to each other.
Preparing Sauce:
Heat the olive oil in a pan.
Add garlic to it and fry until it becomes light golden for 1-2 minutes.
Now add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes, so that it becomes soft.
Then add spinach, green coriander or basil leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Mix pasta and sauce:
Add boiled pasta into this sauce and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finally, add grated permene cheese and mix well.
Serving:
Remove the pasta in a plate and add mozerela cheese (if you want).
Serve hot by decorating green coriander or basil leaves.
Suggestion: This pasta can also be served with salad or soup.
Note: You can also use pasta sauce (such as tomato sauce or creamy sauce) as per your choice.
