Woman who lost nearly 10 kgs shares cardio trick for weight loss and it is not running or brisk walking

This woman shared one exercise that helped her burn more calories and lose around 9-10 kilos.

Exercises help improve heart health, strengthen muscles and build overall stamina. It is essential for the body maintain certain level of agility, flexibility to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. Vimal Rajput, a fitness nd wellness coach, as per her Instagram bio, documents tips and tricks that helped her reduce around 9-10 kilos. It is not just about burning unhealthy fat accumulation, but also building stamina, and improving overall fitness and health. Rajput, share her journey of weight loss diet and exercises that worked for her.

In one of her posts, she shared about on ‘cardio trick’ that worked faster than normal walking or running. She explained how inclined walking helped her reduce fat much faster. Explaining the importance she wrote, “Incline walking is better than normal treadmill walking it burns more calories, engages more muscles groups (especially the glutes, hamstrings and calves ) and improves cardiovascular fitness more effectively it also increases intensity without requiring a faster pace reducing impact on the joints.” (sic) Here’s how her routine looked like:

  • Minute 1-5, Incline-7, Speed-3.5
  • Minute 6 -10, Incline-9, Speed-3.8
  • Minute 10 -15, Incline-11, Speed-4
  • Minute:15-20, Incline-9,Speed-3.8

She also mentioned four methods that helped her reduce fat.

  1. Drink a lot of water so your tummy will be filled with water and you won’t have urge to eat. Drink black coffee:caffeine will give you energy and will manipulate your brain in to thinking you are not hungry use this when having carvings
  2. Calories deficit:Be in a slight calorie of 200-300 from your diet use high dense food to make you feel like you are full without eating so many calories.Cardio :walk about 10,000 to 15000 steps everyday walking is the best form of cardio to burn calories
  3. 30-30-30 Rule: Do 30 min of cardio after 30 minutes if waking up and then eat 30gms of protein. I have never seen anything faster than this burning fat.
  4. Eat food which are in protein like -Egg’s white, Chicken, Broccoli

One must remember that every body’s metabolism, requirements, is different. Therefore, what works for one may not be the optimal routine for another.
