Well-known director of Lollywood Syed Noor explained the reason behind Tik Tok star Jannat Mirza’s failure in films.
During an interview, the host asked Syed Noor that Jannat Mirza, who is extremely beautiful, you gave her a chance and also made a film, but why is she not able to make her name and position in the film industry?
Syed Noor replied that there is no fault of Jannat Mirza in this failure. Rather, it is the director’s fault, or perhaps the irony of fate that the circumstances at the time of the film’s release were such that people did not know about it.
He added that the film was not promoted properly, which became a major reason.
It should be noted that Syed Noor directed the film “Tere Bajre Di Rakhi” in which Saima Noor and Jannat Mirza played the lead roles. Unfortunately, the film failed miserably and failed to attract the fans of Jannat Mirza cinema.
Later, Syed Noor explained why Jannat Mirza could not establish herself as a film star. They said that Jannat Mirza belongs to an educated and prosperous family and she was not interested in becoming a film star.
She was content in her status as a successful tik toker, and the failure of the film did not affect her.
Syed Noor added that he decided to cast Jannat Mirza in the film because of his good relationship with her family and he also likes Jannat Mirza.
“We never forced Jannat Mirza to wear inappropriate clothes or film bold scenes,” he added. We expected that millions of his followers would come to watch the movie in theatres, but it didn’t happen.
He finally said that maybe it’s because people are used to watching Tik Tok for free. Jannat Mirza has already achieved many achievements in her life and her followers are satisfied with her.
Earlier, Jannat Mirza, Pakistan’s leading TikToker with over 10 million followers, recently appeared on “Girls Only” and shared her preference for TikTok over cinema.
She explained that today’s youth prefer affordable, accessible entertainment like TikTok instead of spending on expensive cinema tickets.
According to Jannat, the trend of staying home and scrolling through TikTok has overshadowed the appeal of going to the movies.
