Central University of Kerala (CUK), which was established in 2009 by the Government of India, is today known as one of the leading educational institutions in the country. Located in Kasargod district of Kerala state, this university is known for its high quality education and research services. Central University of Kerala was established under the "Central Universities Act 2009".
Initially, this university was operated from a temporary campus, but now its permanent campus is spread over a vast area of 310 acres in Pariyaram. The university started its journey with seven departments, and today it has more than 16 schools and over 30 departments offering a wide range of educational opportunities to students.
University Admission Process
The admission process at the Central University of Kerala is completely merit-based. For most courses, admission to the university is through CUET (Common University Entrance Test), which is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency). While for foreign students, the option of applying directly to the university is also available.
