Telugu actor Vishwak Sen's home burgled; items worth ₹2.2L stolen

Tragedy struck Telugu film star Vishwak Sen after his residence in Hyderabad was robbed recently.
An unidentified assailant stole diamond jewelry and cash worth ₹2.2 lakh from Sen's Film Nagar home on Sunday, March 16.
The actor's father has filed a complaint at the local police station about the incident.

Investigation
Reportedly, the burglar accessed Sen's home through the backdoor and ransacked his sister's third-floor bedroom in the wee hours of Sunday.
The family had locked the main door and gone to their relatives' place two days ago.
CCTV footage from the incident showed that the burglar spent around 20 minutes inside the house before fleeing.
The Film Nagar Police are examining the footage and believe the thief could be acquainted with the house, given his accurate navigation of the premises.

After the family returned on Sunday morning, they found the house in disarray. Sen was out of station, and his father, C Raju, filed the complaint.
Apart from the burglary news, Sen has been making headlines over the dismal box office performance of his latest film, Laila. The movie was badly bashed online.
Even after hyping Laila as one of the most-anticipated releases of his career, Sen had to issue a public apology on social media after its disappointing performance.
