Asparagus in Ayurveda is considered a miraculous medicine, which can prove to be very beneficial in controlling diabetes. It is also called the queen of Ayurvedic herbs. Asparagus not only helps in controlling blood sugar level, but also makes this immunity strong. It can be used as powder, liquid, tea and tablet.

What is asparagus?

Asparagus is called asparagus in English. It is a herb found in the form of vine or chandelier. It has more than 100 roots under each vine, which is rich in medicinal properties.

  • Its length can be 30–100 cm and thickness can be up to 1-2 cm.

How to consume asparagus?

1. Consumption of asparagus powder

  • Drink half a teaspoon of asparagus powder in a glass of water before going to bed at night.

2. Asparagus root powder

  • Dry the roots of asparagus and make powder.
  • Taking it on an empty stomach in the morning with lukewarm water or milk provides more benefits.

3. Asparagus decoction

  • Boil asparagus roots in water and make a decoction and drink it lukewarm.
  • It also strengthens the digestive system along with controlling diabetes.
