- Maize flour – 1 cup
- Ghee-2-3 tablespoons
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Milk – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Cashew, almonds, pistachios (chopped) – 1/2 cup

Method (Rumber the Kalwa Recipe)
- First of all, heat ghee in a pan, then add maize flour and fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- Now add milk and water to it and keep stirring continuously so that no kernels are made. Then add sugar and mix well. When the mixture starts thick, let it cook on low flame.
- Now add cardamom powder and chopped fruits and mix well.
- The pudding is ready to cook, serve it hot and enjoy the taste.
