Health tips necessary to stay healthy

  1. Take a balanced diet – Take a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein.
  2. Drink enough water -Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day.
  3. Exercise regularly -Walk, yoga, or gym for 30-45 minutes daily.
  4. Get enough sleep -At least 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary every day.
  5. reduce stress – Exercise meditation and deep breathing.
  6. Avoid junk food -Avoid eating fried-root and processed food.
  7. Digital detox – Reduce screen time and spend time in a natural environment.
  8. Get regular health checkup -Blood pressure, sugar and other tests should be done from time to time.
  9. Take fiber for good digestion – Include green vegetables, fruits and pulses in the diet.
  10. Avoid smoking and alcohol – They are harmful to the body.
