The right time to walk in summer

 

If you like to walk in the morning, you can walk around the sunrise. You can go for a walk as the sun rises. Even if you leave late, but complete your walk by 8 pm. It is harmful to walk in the sun after 8 pm in summer.

 

It is time for evening walk.

If you do not have morning time, you can walk in the evening. For this, you can go for a walk anytime after 4 pm. However, the best time is between 6 and 8. Because at this time there is no sunlight and the atmosphere is cold. Walking at this time will not cause much trouble and benefit.
