Turkish national football team triumphed over Hungary in the UEFA Nations League play-off second leg, securing a 3-0 away victory and earning promotion to League A for the first time with an aggregate score of 6-1.

After a 3-1 win in the first leg, Türkiye showcased dominance in Budapest, with goals from Hakan Calhanoglu, Arda Guler, and Abdulkadir Bardakci sealing the win.

Hungary struggled to respond to Türkiye’s well-organized attack and solid defense.

The match’s decisive moments included a penalty by Hakan Calhanoglu in the 37th minute, followed by Arda Guler’s strike just three minutes later. The victory was capped off by a late goal from Abdulkadir Bardakci in the 90th minute.

Türkiye now looks forward to competing against Europe’s elite teams in League A during the next Nations League campaign.
