The Indian Premier League’s (IPL) regional language commentary program is welcomed by cricket veteran MS Dhoni, who also expressed his admiration for Bhojpuri commentary, describing it as “energetic” and comparing it to vintage radio analysis.

Fans went crazy as Bhojpuri made its debut on the commentary stream during the 2023 Indian Premier League. English, Hindi, Marathi, Haryanvi, Bengali, Bhojpuri, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, and Punjabi are among the twelve languages available for live streaming of the 18th season of the Indian Premier League this year.

Since there aren’t many replays available when we watch live matches and the most of the analysis is in Hindi or English, I haven’t paid much attention to regional language commentary.
