The Pushpa franchise took Indian cinema by storm with both smashing installments creating worldwide records. Now fans of Allu Arjun are craving for more after setting box office ablaze with Pushpas record-breaking run. The makers of blockbuster series have officially confirmed that Pushpa 3 is on the way! Producer Ravi Shankar Yerneni recently shared that the third installment of Pushpa i.e Pushpa 3 - The Rampage is set to begin in 2028. However fans will need to wait a bit longer as actor Allu Arjun and filmmaker Sukumar are already swamped with prior work commitments. Allu Arjun already has two massive projects lined up-one with Atlee and another with Trivikram Srinivas and both are expected to keep him occupied for the next couple of years. While not much has been revealed about the cast of Pushpa 3 speculations arose that Vijay Deverakonda might be joining the franchise as the antagonist. The buzz started when the actor shared a post further hinting at his involvement. Well no official confirmation has been out yet. Fans are eagerly awaiting updates as the anticipation for the third installment builds. Well the journey of this iconic franchise began with Pushpa: The Rise which was released on December 17 2021 and made an indelible mark at the box office. Made in budget of Rs 150 crore the first installment earned approximately Rs 350 crore worldwide. The film was released in pandemic and became the highest-grossing film of Allu Arjuns career in 2021. Pushpa 2: The Rule on the other hand achieved a historic milestone of earning Rs 1831 crore in 32 days surpassing even SS Rajamoulis Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. This remarkable achievement helped solidified Allu Arjuns status as pan-India superstar. Now with this legacy Pushpa 3 is expected to achieve even greater heights further cementing the franchises place in cinematic history.
