On Tuesday, the enforcement team took major action in the order of the campaign being run against illegal construction and plotting in the city on the instructions of Lucknow Development Authority Vice President Pratham Kumar. During this period, a bulldozer was run on six illegal plotting being done illegally in Gosainganj and Dubgga areas. At the same time, an illegal commercial complex being constructed on Sitapur Road in BKT was demolished. Apart from this, five commercial constructions being made contrary to the rules in Gomti Nagar and Dubgga were sealed.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-1 Devansh Trivedi said that illegal plotting was being done by Manoj Yadav, Pramod Yadav and Pawan Yadav in about 10 bighas of area in village-Kuriani on Sultanpur Road in Gosainganj. At the same time, an illegal colony was being developed by the Director and others of Messrs Vindaro City and plotting in about 15 bighas of area in village-Smitanapur on Sultanpur Road. Both these illegal plotting being done without approved by the authority were demolished by the enforcement team.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-2 Shashibhushan Pathak said that illegal colony was being developed by Balveer Singh and others in an area of about 12 bighas of plating in about 12 bighas of village-Parhata in Gosainganj. Orders for demolition were passed by the court presented against the said illegal plating without approved by the authority, in compliance, in compliance with which the enforcement team took action to demolish illegal plotting in collaboration with the Authority Police Force.
Vipin Kumar Shivhare, zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-7, said that Plotting was being done by Rajjan and others in about 2.5 bighas of area in village-Katauli of Dubugga. Similarly, plotting was being done by Salim, Naeem and others in about 1.5 bighas of area in village-mouth. Apart from this, plotting was being done by Chinu Gupta, Guddu and Dharamu in about four bighas of area in Katauli. Action was taken to demolish these three illegal platings without approved by the authority. Apart from this, an illegal commercial construction being done in an area of about 350 sqm in Lilakheda of Dubugga was sealed.
Zonal officer of Enforcement Zone-4 Atul Krishna Singh said that a commercial complex was being constructed by Guru Charan Singh on a plot of about 400 sqm in front of New Fauji Dhaba in Nabikot Nandana on Sitapur Road in BKT. The said construction work being done illegally without approved the map from the authority was demolished by the enforcement team.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-1 Devansh Trivedi said that commercial construction was done by Maya Devi and Lakshmi Narayan Gupta on a plot of about 450 sqm area in Vibhav Khand of Gomti Nagar. Similarly, a motor garage was being operated by Parasnath Pandey and others on a plot of about 450 sqm area in Vibhav Khand.
Apart from this, Messrs True Friend Agro Pvt. And others were illegally constructed by the other on a plot of about 1200 sqm area in Vibhuti Khand. At the same time, a commercial building was being constructed by Mohammed Shamim Khan and others on a plot of about 300 sqm area in the huge section of Gomti Nagar. These illegally done construction works were sealed on Tuesday in compliance with the orders of the prescribed court.
