The latest data for 2024 shows the list of tech companies that received approval with the highest number of H-1B visas. According to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) between April and September 2024 130000 H-1B visas were approved. Out of which 24766 were granted to Indian-origin companies.  Under the Trump administration USCIS made several changes to the H-1B visa procedure. This visa allows U.S. employers to hire foreign workers for specialized roles with specific skills. Indian employees and companies are always highest among the programs H-1B visa receivers. Indian Companies In H-1B Visa 2024 USCIS data shows that Indian-origin tech companies are one-fifth of all H-1B visas issued in 2024. Between April and September 24766 H-1B visas were given to Indian-origin companies out of the 130000 total approvals. Visa Approvals for Top Companies are Infosys Limited with 8140 visas Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) with 5274 visas HCL America with 2953 visas Wipro Limited with 1634 visas Tech Mahindra with 1199 visas. However even after the strong performance of Indian companies they weren’t at the top spot of H-1B visa approvals. But Amazon was the top company whose 9265 H-1B visas were approved in 2024. USCIS ‘approved beneficiary’ is for an individual granted permission to work in the U.S. under the H-1B program based on an employer’s petition. This can include initial employment with New H-1B employees entering the program and continuing employment with extensions or amendments for existing H-1B employees.
