Crispy Egg Finger: Tasty and Easy Snack Recipe

If you are bored in the same way of eating eggs every day, then try crispy egg finger this time. It is very easy to make and can prove to be perfect snack for guests on Iftar or any particular occasion.

The ingredients required for egg finger:

  • 5-6 eggs

  • Oil (to fry)

  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili

  • Salt taste

  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

  • 4-5 finely chopped green chillies

  • Finely chopped coriander

  • 2 onions (finely chopped)

  • ½ cup great thing

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • 1 cup finely chopped capsicum (for colorful look)

  • 2-3 eggs (for dipling)

  • 1 plate bread crumbs

Method of making egg finger:

  1. Prepare egg batter

    • Buff up 5-6 eggs in a bowl.

    • Add salt, pepper, red chili, and roasted cumin powder to it.

    • Now add curled carrots and capsicum so that the batter becomes colorful and healthy.

    • Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and green coriander and mix well.

    • Finally add the green thing and whisk the mixture well.

  2. Steam the batter

    • Grease a baking tin or deep pot with light oil.

    • Add the prepared mixture to it and cook it well in the steamer.

    • When the egg is completely cook, let it be removed and let it cool.

  3. Make egg fingers and fry

    • Cut the cold eggs half an inch thick and 3 cm long.

    • Burst 2-3 eggs in a bowl and beat it by adding light salt and pepper to it.

    • Dip the chopped egg fingers in the egg solution first and then roll into the bread crumbs.

    • Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Serve and enjoy

    • Serve the prepared crispy egg finger with the desired chutney or sauce.
