5-6 eggs
Oil (to fry)
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chili
Salt taste
1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
Finely chopped coriander
2 onions (finely chopped)
½ cup great thing
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup finely chopped capsicum (for colorful look)
2-3 eggs (for dipling)
1 plate bread crumbs
Prepare egg batter
Buff up 5-6 eggs in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, red chili, and roasted cumin powder to it.
Now add curled carrots and capsicum so that the batter becomes colorful and healthy.
Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and green coriander and mix well.
