In an interview with 'Need to Know', Pedro revealed that getting his lips and tongue cut into two parts was the most painful experience of his life. During the procedure, anesthesia kept the pain to a minimum. But as soon as its effect wore off, unbearable pain began. Despite this, Pedro was ready to endure it.
