Though the 43-year-old retired from international cricket six years ago he still plays in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Dhoni’s last game for Team India was back in June 2019. The lease agreement is for 15 years and includes incremental rent hikes over time: After five years the monthly rent will increase to Rs. 23.6 lakh. After ten years it will further rise to Rs. 29.5 lakh. As of February 24 SBI’s market capitalization stands at approximately Rs. 6.39 lakh crore.
