SBI Card has made some changes in its reward points program, which will be implemented from April 1, 2025. These changes have reduced the reward points on some online transactions and travel-related purchases. This change will be applicable for Simply CLICK SBI Card, Air India SBI Platinum Credit Card, and Air India SBI Signature Credit Card users. In such a situation, if you are a cardholder, then you must know about these changes so that they can take maximum advantage of their reward points.
Fewer reward points from spending on Swiggy
From April 1, 2025, the reward points received on transactions made on Swiggy on SimplyCLICK SBI Card will be reduced. Earlier, cardholders used to get 10X reward points on spending on Swiggy, but now it has been reduced to 5X. However, 10X reward points will continue to be available on this card on some other online shopping websites like Apollo 24X7, BookMyShow, Cleartrip, Dominos, IGP, Myntra, Netmeds, and Yatra.
Reduction in reward points
SBI Card has also made several changes in the reward points available on Air India ticket purchases.
