Kubbra Sait flaunted two athleisure looks at Namrata Joshipura’s show during Lakmē Fashion Week x FDCI.
Namrata Joshipura presented her latest athleisure collection at the Lakmē Fashion Week in partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) in Mumbai on March 28. The designer partnered with R|Elan and showcased a collection of some stunning elevated athleisure pieces.
The ace designer roped in actor Kubbra Sait to walk the ramp. Namrata Joshipura was inspired by the energy of movement. This translated in her collection where each piece was made a perfect blend of style, leisure, and performance. She used the classic athleisure elements and silhouettes and gave them her glamourous spin. With designs such as sequins, stripes, abstract geometric designs, the collection featured pieces such as fitted tops, shorts, visor hats, leggings, catsuits, and bodysuits.
Kubbra Sait showcased two stunning looks on the red carpet. For the first look, Kubbra was dressed in a red patterned ensemble. She was dressed in red geometric printed leggings and matching shorts which fitted her like a glove. She paired this with a matching red cropped t-shirt that came with a round neckline. To elevate this look further, the leggings and top were layered with a matching red full-sleeve jacket. She had rolled up the sleeves for a sporty look and had left the front zipper open. She rounded off the look with a pair of sneakers.
The second look was a glamourous spin to athleisure. She was dressed in a leopard-printed knee-length shorts. She paired this with a braided detail brown top and a matching leopard-print full-sleeve jacket. She had left the zipper open and had styled them with a pair of stylish black heels.
Lakmē Fashion Week, in partnership with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), is being held at The Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai from March 26th to 30th, 2025.
