Scotland is a beautiful country in the United Kingdom, which is surrounded by mountains. A university of this country is inviting foreign students including Indians to study and has also offered scholarships. The name of this university is Strathclyde University, which has started scholarships for eligible and interested international students enrolling in full-time, on-campus postgraduate courses in the Engineering Department for 2025. The university has set the last date to apply as 12 September 2025. Under the scholarship, foreign students will be given an amount of 5,000 pounds i.e. about Rs 5.53 lakh for studying. What are the eligibility criteria?

Applicants must be self-funded, international fee-paying students.

They must have an offer letter to study a full-time postgraduate course at the University's Glasgow campus for admission in September 2025.

Students who receive full sponsorship from a government institution or embassy are not eligible.

Only one scholarship can be awarded each year.

The decision of the Faculty of Engineering regarding the award of the scholarship is final.

Students who do not meet any of the eligibility criteria will not be considered for their application.

Dean's International Excellence Award

In addition to the £5,000 scholarship, the Faculty of Engineering is also offering a limited number of Dean's International Excellence Awards worth £7,000 and £10,000. These awards will be given to exceptional students. Eligible students will be informed of their selection before 31 July 2025.
