Recruitment has been issued by the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board, Jaipur for the post of Roadways Conductor, for which the application process started on 27 March. Candidates who are eligible for this recruitment and are looking for a government job can complete the application process to join this recruitment as soon as possible. The last date for filling the form has been fixed as 9 April 2025.
The application form can be filled out only through online mode by visiting the official website of RSSB or by visiting the SSO portal. Forms will not be accepted in any other way.
Qualification and criteria for conductor posts
To join this recruitment, the candidate must have passed the secondary examination from a recognized board. Along with this, the candidate must have a valid license and badge of the conductor. Along with this, the candidate must have completed the minimum age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 years. Candidates coming from reserved categories will be given relaxation in the upper age as per the rules. Keep in mind that the age will be calculated as of 1 January 2026.
How to apply
To fill out the application form for this recruitment, candidates can click on the apply online link available on the recruitment advertisement on the online portal rssb.rajasthan.gov.in or after logging in from the SSO portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in, it can be done by selecting the recruitment portal available on Citizen Apps G2C. To apply, first, the candidates have to do a one-time registration (OTR). After this, the candidates can complete the application process by filling in other details.
Selection will be through a written examination
Candidates applying for this recruitment will have to appear in the written examination for selection. A total of 100 multiple choice (objective) type questions will be asked in the written test for which 100 marks are prescribed. The candidate will be given 2 hours to solve the question paper. There is no provision for any kind of minus marking in this examination.
Based on this recruitment, a total of 500 vacant posts will be recruited. Out of this, 454 posts are reserved for non-scheduled areas and 46 posts are reserved for scheduled areas.
