JE Dharmendra Kushwaha, who is posted in Jal Nigam in Gonda, is a resident of Jhansi. He was married to Maya Maurya, a resident of Basti in 2016. A daughter was also born from this marriage, whose age is 5 years. Everything was going well for a few days of marriage, after that Maya told her husband Dharmendra and took out three taxi vehicles in his name.
Dharmendra got three taxi vehicles removed in the name of his wife. The installment of those vehicles was also filled with his own salary. After this, in 2022, Dharmendra Kushwaha bought a land in Dihwa Gram Panchayat of Nagar Kotwali area. After which Dharmendra gave Neeraj Maurya, a distant relative of wife Maya Maurya to build a house on that land.
Dharmendra alleges that during this time Maya Maurya had an illicit relationship with the contractor Neeraj Maurya. Many times he suspected his wife. After which he started keeping an eye on his wife. On 7 July 2024, Dharmendra was sleeping with his wife Maya and Neeraj Maurya slept in the next room. When Dharmendra woke up in the night, his wife was found in an objectionable condition in the next room with relative Neeraj Maurya.
After this, when she opposed it, Maya went somewhere with Neeraj Maurya at night. On 25 August 2024, she again reached her husband Dharmendra's house with her lover Neeraj and forced them to break the lock and capture the house. At the same time, after assaulting Dharmendra, he escaped with a chain of 15 grams of gold.
Dharmendra filed a case against his wife and his lover on 1 September 2024. After this, the wife reached her husband's house again, along with her lover Neeraj Maurya and three other colleagues, on September 2, 2024, she fiercely assaulted her husband and escaped with some goods kept in the house. On which a case was filed by the husband on 10 October 2024 in Nagar Kotwali.
Husband Dharmendra Kushwaha was living with a separate rented house since 25 August 2024, fear of his wife's threat. On 19 March 2025, both the victim husband Dharmendra Kushwaha's mother and wife of wife Maya reached the house of Gonda. So there Maya started fighting with her mother, husband and mother -in -law with her lover.

In the city Kotwali, there was an agreement between the two that in 2 days, Maya Maurya would vacate her husband Dharmendra Kushwaha's house, but after that, from March 21, Maya Maurya started assaulting both mother.
