According to the information, the route of Nilanchal Express, Dhauli Express, Purulia Express has been diverted. Railway officials say that this route has been disrupted due to the derailment of the coaches of Kamakhya Express, due to which these trains had to be diverted. It has been told by the railway that a control room has also been set up for the affected passengers.

Rescue operation continues

After the train accident, a rescue operation was carried out on a war footing at the accident site. The Chief Public Relations Officer of East Coast Railway said that NDRF and fire forces were sent to the accident site. Apart from this, the local police are also helping in the relief work. He said that a relief train had also been sent towards the spot. Arrangements are being made to send the stranded passengers to their destination.
