New Delhi: Mumbai Indians secured a dominant eight-wicket victory over Kolkata Knight Riders thanks to a sensational debut from Ashwani Kumar who tore through KKR’s batting lineup. Chasing a meager target of 117 MI comfortably reached the total in just 12.4 overs highlighting their supremacy in the contest. Kolkata Knight Riders opting to bat first endured a nightmare start as Trent Boult dismissed Sunil Narine for a duck in the very first over.
