Jisoo’s “Lights, Love, Action” fan meeting was held at the My Dinh National Stadium on Sunday. During the warm-up session at 4:30 p.m., Jisoo greeted the audience in Vietnamese, saying”‘Hello everyone, I’m Jisoo, it’s been a while since we last met,” referring to the Hanoi concerts during Blackpink’s “Born Pink” world tour in July 2023.

In a pink lace dress, Jisoo then kicked off the event with her song “Earthquake.” She then caught the crowd’s attention by writing “Yeu Viet Nam” (Love Vietnam) on a photo and shared an exclusive dance snippet from her upcoming album.

The singer charmed fans by speaking Vietnamese throughout the event, explaining that this fan meeting held special significance as it marked the two-year anniversary of her solo debut with the EP “ME.”

Discussing the Vietnamese version of her hit song “Flower,” Jisoo mentioned watching numerous videos of fans performing the song with Vietnamese lyrics. She considered this a unique occurrence that could only happen in Vietnam, which makes her feel re-energized every time she performs “Flower” there, she added.

As the event drew to a close, Jisoo performed “Flower,” with thousands of fans waving their arms in the shape of a flower in support.

The Hanoi fan meeting was the final stop on Jisoo’s Asian tour, following previous events in Manila, Bangkok, Tokyo, Macau, Taipei, and Hong Kong.

Born Kim Jisoo in South Korea, the 30-year-old singer debuted with Blackpink in 2016 and launched her solo career in early 2023. In addition to her music career, she made her acting debut with a cameo in the 2015 series “The Producers” and took on her first leading role in the 2021 series “Snowdrop.”
