BSSC SSO / BSO Recruitment 2025: The Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of a Deputy Statistical Officer (SSO) / Block Statistical Officer (BSO). This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 682 posts. The commission has started the application process for BSSC SSO / BSO Recruitment 2025 from yesterday. Age limit will be calculated as of August 1, 2024. The minimum age limit for the categories is 21 years.

BSSC Recruitment 2025: Application Fee

The General Category, Backward Class, and Extremely Backward Class (Male candidates) will have to pay Rs 540. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe (Permanent Resident of Bihar) category will have to pay Rs 135, all categories of Divyang (same as SC/ST) category candidates will have to pay Rs 135, all categories of women (only for permanent residents of Bihar) will have to pay Rs 135 and all categories of candidates from outside Bihar will have to pay Rs 540. The application fee will be paid through credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, and other online modes.
